Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty & Wears, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is quick and easy.

1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Beauty products must be sealed and unopened with hygiene stickers intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty products (makeup, skincare, haircare, etc.)
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Undergarments, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@beautyandwears.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Ship your item using a trackable service to ensure it arrives safely.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover all return costs.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

7. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
